- MeetPure Events is not responsible for use of shared data outside the platform.

4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with legal obligations.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymize your data unless we must retain it for legal or operational reasons.
- Event data: Retained as long as necessary to support refunds, disputes, and chargebacks (which may be filed up to 540 days after purchase) or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Transaction & financial records: Retained according to tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements (commonly 3–7 years).
- Security & fraud logs: Retained for periods necessary to detect, investigate, and prevent abuse.
- Analytics data: Retained for a limited period necessary to evaluate performance, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Exceptions to Deletion
While you may request account deletion, certain information cannot be immediately deleted if you have registered for or purchased tickets to an event. We retain registration and transaction data until:
- The event has concluded
- Applicable refund, dispute, or chargeback periods have expired
- Legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations are satisfied
This ensures organizers can manage attendance, fulfill obligations, and maintain accurate records. After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online platform is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

- Account Deletion: Request account deletion, subject to retention requirements above.

a. International Users & GDPR
For users in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred internationally. We use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

MeetPure Events is a general-audience platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected such information without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
Users under 18 may use MeetPure only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Organizers hosting all-ages or children-focused events are solely responsible for complying with applicable child privacy and safety laws, including obtaining parental consent where required.
7. Jurisdiction & Enforcement
This Privacy Policy is governed by Florida law. Disputes shall follow the same resolution process as outlined in our Terms of Use, including arbitration requirements and exclusive jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.
